- Step-by-Step Welcome: Before their stay: You’ll complete paperwork and discuss any of your pet’s needs and preferences and special requirements; ensuring a smooth and personalized experience. Forms will be sent to you prior to boarding day via text/email, please take the time to fill them out and submit them; this will ensure a smoother process the day of drop-off for you and your pet.
- Tailored Mealtime: Whether you prefer Hill’s Science Diet’s high-quality nutrition or bringing your pet’s familiar food, we ensure they receive delicious and appropriate meals according to your instructions.

When can I drop off and pick up?
Boarding Drop-offs can be anywhere between 7:30 am and 4:00pm – Monday thru Friday.
When can I pick up my pet?
Pickups are between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm.
Note: if you elected to have your pet bathed before they go home, keep in mind that we don’t want them to go home wet! So there will be drying time to consider, your pet most likely will be ready for pick up midafternoon. Give us a call before you come to ensure they will be clean dry and ready to go!
What can I bring to make my pet comfortable?
- Food if you prefer (the clinic can supply Hills dry, Hills wet is also available for an additional cost)
- Special treats
- Toys and beds or blankets. (Keep in mind, accidents happen and we may not have time to wash their bedding before you arrive for pickup); We do have blankets and beds in house if you prefer, just let us know. The important thing is for you pet to be comfortable while you are away.
Does your pet need to have any certain medication for vaccines to stay?
If so, please make sure you give us all the details of what and when, and when medication was last given when you drop-off.
